Dec - test pressings of the 7" are done. So all that remains now is to press the rest up and begin the assault on the nation.
The Mentalist/Crosswire Christmas party was mega fantastic. We made crap loads of mess. Read about it in the Mentailst NewsClick here
October - We now have an inflateable car which will probably feature at future Brighton gigs. This follows the death of the inglateable pirate ship. The inflateable whale is still around somewhere, although he is covered in butter (see below).
June - The Battle of Butter tour was a stormin' success - Yeborobo pulled off sets at the Bristol (courtesy of Fundoubtably) - where they first unsheathed the pack of butter that would become the 7th band member for the rest of the tour; then Brighton (courtesy of Slightly off Kilter) - where they were joined by an inflateable whale, then onto the Asylum at Tottenham Court Road - where they jumped around with some crazy punks who ate some of the butter; then finally at a WowWow art exhibition after show party thing at the Elephant and Castle - where the butter melted everywhere, a huge cardboard head was propelled into the audience, drunks invaded the stage and everyone spazzed out. It was great. NEWSFLASH - Pictures are now on MYSPACE (www.myspace.com/yeborobo)
Yeborobo now have a myspace page www.myspace.com/yeborobo which is a kinda useful way of hearing some songs, seeing some pictures and generally mooching about looking pouty. You have to be a member though, but it's free
Yeborobo finished recording their new single early in 2005, featuring the tracks I'm Magic Gimme a Fiver, I was Injured at Work Help me Wreck My Revenge and Enduroman Vs Pigsticks. The other session tracks were: SOS, The Hooves that Speed far Harder than Wheels, Awkward Station Awkward Circus and Dog Frog - which may feature as downloads in the future, and hopefully will make it onto a cd release soon.
There may also be some other new stuff on the way. Stay tuned. SQUARK!!!
