In the days before Mentalist, it was a baron, desolate wasteland of sound, and it was from here that Shink created their first album - 6 tracks of krautrock-spacedelay-tapehissy lushness.

After this, the shiny shinkians went on to make a split EP with Noise Bitch which would become the first MENTALIST ASSOCIATION release. Hence, this magical first album was cast aside, even more so once the 2nd shink album came along and blew away all the space dust.
